We prepare our cannoli according to tradition, with a crispy, crumbly, and light shell, freshly fried, and a fresh, velvety filling made with select ricotta, handcrafted to create a sweet, dense, and fragrant cream.
Each cannolo is filled fresh, as is traditional in Sicily. The topping can be anything from chopped pistachios to dark chocolate shavings and orange peel, for a finishing touch that respects the classic flavor.
