Carabè was founded with a clear mission: to bring the authentic flavor of Sicilian granitas to Florence. And not just any granita, but the real thing, made the way they used to be, according to tradition, with natural ingredients, slow processing, and perfect churning.
For over 35 years, our artisanal granitas have represented the freshest and most vibrant soul of Sicily in Florence and Terranuova Bracciolini.
Each granita is a hymn to simplicity: water, sugar, seasonal fruit or pure ingredients, without preservatives, additives or artificial flavours.
