Carabè Park: the green heart of our project
Carabè Park is the green heart of our project. Born as a natural extension of the historic gelateria in Florence, this space nestled in the Valdarno landscape in Terranuova Bracciolini is much more than a workshop: it is a center for the production, training, and culture of artisanal gelato.
Numerous educational projects are also underway, such as the educational farm, a simple and fun way to teach children about animals, or the ice cream making workshops, where Antonio can teach them the basics of this ancient art.
"Being an ice cream maker is the best job in the world; it brings back the smiles of children to grown-ups." Antonio Lisciandro, still a child, despite his age. A flat cap, a gentleman farmer's jacket and vest, his Sicilian dialect clearly on display.
He looks out at the greenery as far as the eye can see surrounding his ice cream shop, in a strip of Tuscan countryside in the province of Arezzo, with the Valdarno cliffs nearby.

An ethical and sustainable choice
Parco Carabè was founded with respect for the land and its people. We work sustainably, promote short supply chains, and collaborate with local farmers and suppliers. Because we believe that true flavor is also the result of a healthy, transparent, and environmentally friendly supply chain.
Visiting Parco Carabè means enjoying an immersive experience in the world of artisanal gelato. This is where we experiment, study, and create. This is where tradition meets the future.
